Football management

The program is designed for individuals aiming to work in leadership roles within clubs, academies, leagues and sports organisations. It provides a comprehensive understanding of football governance, organisational structures and strategic decision-making. The curriculum focuses on analytical thinking, long-term planning and the ability to manage complex processes within modern football institutions.

A significant part of the program is dedicated to the financial dimension of the football industry. Students learn how to build and manage budgets, develop revenue streams, work with sponsorships and partnerships, and understand marketing, media rights and commercial strategy. Real-world case studies from Czech and major European clubs demonstrate how to design sustainable business models and manage sports organisations effectively.

Practical training plays a key role. Students complete internships in football clubs, participate in club operations, observe administrative processes, explore facility management and logistics, and gain insights into legal and medical aspects of the sport. This hands-on experience prepares them to handle the responsibilities of managerial and leadership positions.

Graduates of the program are ready to work as academy managers, sporting directors, team coordinators, sponsorship managers, club operations managers or founders of new sports projects. The program develops professionals with strong strategic thinking, modern management tools and a deep understanding of how the football industry operates.
