Our passion is football, and we deeply care about everything happening around it. For many years, we felt the need to fill a major gap in football education — not only in the Czech Republic but throughout Central Europe. That is why we decided to create a prestigious school fully dedicated to football and all professions connected with it. High-quality football education is essential for preparing the specialists that our football environment urgently needs and for bringing Czech football closer to European standards. This was the first motivation behind our project.
The second motivation was the desire to bring together contemporary football experts and their ideas in one place. Across the Czech Republic, especially in the regions, many knowledgeable football professionals work independently, each offering their own practical skills and theoretical insight. Creating a shared hub to unify this expertise and pass it on to others became a powerful driving force for our work.
We are very proud that our lecturers are top-level experts with strong reputations. Some of them are current or former UEFA and FIFA delegates and hold significant international prestige. Yet what we value most is their moral and ethical integrity — something our football environment truly needs.
We appreciate the expressed support from First League clubs, especially those recognized as leaders in youth development. We value the support of club owners who for many years have invested their own resources into football, particularly into youth teams. This gives real hope for the future of Czech football. We also appreciate the backing of individual sports personalities who, like us, see great potential in this project.
Our educational program opens the door to deepening knowledge and competencies across all football professions.
More About the Educational Program
Our study program was created to support athletes in their personal development on the path toward professional football and to help them transition from playing careers into other football professions. It is also designed for individuals already working in football who feel the need for formal qualification and professional support. We want experienced players to remain in football even after their playing careers end.
We are aware that our educational concept is unique in its inspiration and implementation when compared with existing coaching and management programs in the Czech environment. It reflects the needs of Czech football, European trends, and the expectations of key employers in both Czech and international clubs and academies. Modern European trends in sports education introduce new challenges that combine personal interests, business perspectives, and technological development.
The program is built on the experience of leading football schools (such as UCFB Wembley) and on the institutional practices of club academies like AFC Ajax Amsterdam, FC Bayern Munich, Chelsea FC, Juventus FC, PSV Eindhoven, 1. FC Nürnberg and others, as well as the academies of Czech football clubs.
We offer a highly practical approach to education that ensures immediate applicability on the specialized market of football professions — and beyond. The study system combines theoretical preparation with practical and personal development. The program integrates expert lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and project work directly into the learning process. The option to choose specializations and individual modules allows each student to shape a unique professional profile.
The educational program is available in both full-time and combined (part-time) formats. A system of continuing education for the broader football community is also planned.
Graduates receive an internationally recognized Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. As part of their studies, students also complete an official requalification course accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education — “Football Coach” — and have the opportunity to obtain FAČR coaching licenses category B and C.
The content of the individual modules and specializations covers everything that takes place in a football club’s daily managerial and coaching operations. This makes our school unique — and it is why we signed a cooperation memorandum with the former leadership of the Football Association of the Czech Republic and its president, Petr Fousek.
We are currently preparing an English-language program for international students and negotiating with leading global experts. This is connected to the fact that the school’s new owner is an international investor who aims to open the program to foreign students and integrate the school into a global network of educational institutions, football clubs, and their academies.
We also plan to move the school to Prague, specifically to the renovated “Ďolíček” stadium of Bohemians Praha 1905. The opening of the new campus is planned for the start of the 2027/28 academic year.
